Shennongjia‘s Story: The Beginning《七天》序篇:行者黑剑 七天是一周，人们周而复始的一周周生活，似乎已经忘记了生活最初始的追求与梦想。整套片子，通过几个人的几段不寻常的故事，除展示神农架之壮美和主人公的坚韧意志之外，还体现出共同的特点，就是他们是在神农架的环境中找到了自我。我们力求通过这一组片子，在世人面前揭示为什么神农架能够有如此力量，能让这些人以超然的态度，完成人生的净化和飞升。

Putuoshan — Pǔtúo Shān  Putuoshan (Chinese: 普陀山; pinyin: Pǔtúo Shān; literally "Mount Potalaka") is an island southeast of Shanghai, in Zhoushan prefecture of Zhejiang province, China.

Established in 1958, Xishuangbanna National Nature Reserve was accepted by UNESCO as a member of the International Man and Biosphere Reserve Network in 1993. Xishuangbanna National Nature Reserve lies in the counties of Jinghong, Mengla, and Menghai, south of Yunnan Province. The Reserve covers a total area of 241,000 hectares, among it natural forest covers an area of 197,800 hectares and accounts for 81.8% of the total. Its main targets for protection are the tropical forest ecosystem, including marvelous virgin forests, tropical rain forest and monsoon rain forest as well as precious flora and fauna.

According to archaeological excavations that the activities history of our ancestors in Dongting Lake, can be traced back to the Palaeolithic period about 10 million years ago. And gone through the various stages of the mankind history, retains a richful cultural historical sites. The Dongting Lake is the second largest freshwater lake in China, stretching between Hunan and Hubei provinces. Also known as the 800-hundred-li Dongting Lake, it connects the Yangtze River to the north and the Xiangjiang River, Zi River, Yuan River, and Feng River to the south. As described by the name Dongting (the abode of fairies and immortals), the lake has fascinating scenery, with the most famous feature of lake in lake, hill in lake.

The Dongting Lake is also famous for historical scenic spots on the lakefront, including the Yueyang Pavilion, Junshan Mountain, Tomb of Du Fu, Wen Temple, and Longzhou Academy. At present, tourists can still enjoy five famous sights out of Eight Views of Xiaoxiang, namely the Autumn Moon on Dongting, Returned Sail from Faraway Riverside, Wile Gooses Settle on the Smooth Sand, Sunset Glow over Fishing Village, and Snow Curtain Hanging over the River Sky. Moreover, the Ten Shadows of Dongting Lake are also attractive sights, including Shadow of Sun, Shadow of Moon, Shadow of Cloud, Shadow of Snow, Shadow of Hill, Shadow of Tower, Shadow of Sail, Shadow of Fishing, Shadow of Gull, and Shadow of Wild Goose.

The most famous mountain in the Dongting Lake is Junshan Mountain. It is an isolated island with 72 peaks, large or small. Junshan Mountain was originally called Dongting Mountain. Legend has it that Emperor Shun toured to the south 4,000 years ago. His two concubines, Ehuang and Nüying, could not catch up with him, and then they leaned on bamboos and cried bitterly. Their tears dropped on the bamboos and left stains. Those bamboos turned into mottled bamboos. After their death on the mountain, people of later generations built an Erfei Tomb (tomb of the two concubines) in memory of them. Since they were also known as Xiangfei or Xiangjun, the name of Dongting Mountain changed into Junshan Mountain. Now Junshan Mountain has several historical sites such as Erfei Tomb, Xiangfei Temple and Feilai Bell (a bell flying from afar), etc. It is also famous for its various kinds of bamboos, including mottled bamboo, Arhat bamboo, black bamboo, and Mao bamboo. Every year, various activities are held here, including the Dragon Boat Festival, the Lotus Festival, and other water sports.

Reputed as a land flowing with milk and honey, the Dongting Lake abounds in top-grade products, including the Silver Needle Tea, the Pearl Rice, and rare food from river such as clam, mud eel, Dongting crab, and salangid. The Lotus Lake, embraced in the Dongting Lake, is famous for the well-known Xiang Lotus, one kind of rare lotus with plump seeds and crisp flesh. Dongting Lake are tickets free, but to take a cruise need to buy a ticket, RMB30 per time, and travel team will be cheaper. Dongting Lake opening hours: 6:30-19: 00. The best tourist season: in the summer and fall.

Huangshan Mountain contains all Chinese major beautiful scenery, those are the miracle from the nature, has always enjoyed the best reputation. Huangshan Mountain become a world-famous tourist destination by its most precious natural and cultural heritage. For visitors came from all directions, the poet, painter and photographer, this scenic resort Huangshan has a endless charm. Located in the south of Anhui Province, straddling Shexian, Yixian, Taiping and Xiuning counties. It was called Yishan Mountain in the Qin Dynasty(221-206BC), and got its current name in 747 during the Tang Dynasty (618-907).

Huashan, 2154.9 meters in height, is one of the famous five mountains in China, also a part of the Qinling Mountains, is made up by a huge granite. Huashan Mountain is located in Huayin County, Shanxi province. It is the Western Mountain of the Five Sacred Mountains. It is second highest to the Northern Mountain — Hengshan Mountain and praised as "the First Odd Mountain in the World". Its craggedness is outstanding compared with the other four sacred mountains.

Sun Moon Lake is the largest natural lake in Taiwan, water all rely on raining. The best way to enjoy the beauty of Sun Moon Lake is walking around. And biking route from Shuishe pier to the visitors' center near the mountain, had been selected as the world's top ten most beautiful bike paths. The total length of the biking route is about 3 km, along the edge of Sun Moon Lake. while cycling nearby the beautiful lake, is a very beautiful healthy biking route.

According to legend, as far as 4000 years ago, Patriarch Xiayu was governance flooding dug in Taihu. They dig three main waterways: the East River, Loujiang, Wusong River, to link the channels of Taihu Lake and the sea, to divert the flood into the sea. This was recorded in the "Historical Records" by Sima Qian.

Qiandao Lake with its 1078 islands was elected the most islands in the lake all of the world in 2009. Located in Chun'an County of Zhejiang Province, it is among the first 44 national scenic spots proclaimed by the State Council, and also the largest national forest park at present. It is a man-made reservoir formed during the construction of Xin'anjiang Hydropower Station in 1959.

There is a Chinese old saying: Hangzhou's beauty is because of the West Lake. Speaking of the origins of the West Lake, it has many beautiful myths legends and folktales. Westlake local specialities also are famous in the world.
