“人民”是泛指性的名词,它不能受数量词或本身含有复数的词语修饰,也不能加“们”。应改“人民们”为“人民”。“人们”是“许多人”的意思。
As a noun of generic reference. 人民 allows no modification of a numeral-measure word or words indicating plural, neither does it allow the addition of 们. The sentence will be correct if 人民们 is replaced with 人们 which means many people.
