250 grams (0.55 lb) glutinous rice flour
50 grams (0.11 lb)wheat flour
250 grams (0.55 lb) minced pork
10 grams (1 1/2 tsp) soy sauce
3 grams (1/2 tsp)salt
5 grams (1 tsp) sugar
1 gram (1/4 tsp) MSG
10 grams (1/3 oz) scallion (finely cut)
5 grams (1 tsp) sesame oil
150 grams (12 tbsp) cooking oil
1. Mix the pork well with the soy sauce, salt, sugar, MSG, scakkions, sesame and oil. Add 50 g (3 tbsp) of water and stir the mixture in one direction till you feel the sense of elasticity.
2.First mix the glutinous rice flour with the wheat flour, add 100 g (6 tbsp) of hot water and stir. Make the dough int o a long and round shape, reduce into pieces each weighing about 25 grams (5/6 oz). Use hand to shape the pieces int os hapes of rice bowls and put in the mixes filling. Wrap up the filling and press it into flat shape.
3. Put the cooking oil in the frying pan and heat it. Place the cakes in the pan and fry lightly till they are goldan brown on both sides.
