Chinese grammar:”Always” with “conglai”从来
Although perhaps more often used in the negative to mean "never," 从来 (cónglái) can be used with 都 (dōu) to mean "always" or "have always (done)." in Chinese grammar.

Today let's take a brief introduction of a famous Chinese movie named "White Deer Plain".White Deer Plain is a 2012 Chinese movie directed by Wang Quan'an and based on the novel of the same name by Chen Zhongshi, a famous modern author in China. This is a movie starring by Zhang Fengyi, Zhang yuqi and Duan Yihong. It reflects the conflicts between Bai family and Lu family through three generations, with the background of Bai Lu Village on Guanzhong Plain in Shaanxi province.

The secret ingredient in this dish is the Dijon mustard in the dressing. Not only does its strong, almost sweet flavor provide a nice balance to the red wine vinegar, but it thickens the dressing, holding the olive oil and vinegar together. Chinese grammar: “Or” in statements
In English, "or" can used used in the sense of having a choice （Chicken or beef?), and as an "either or" statement (it doesn't matter if you're black or white). In Chinese, "或者"(huòzhě) is used for the latter.
