Steamed Roll with Scallion

Ingredients:
500 grams (1.1 lb)wheat flour
10 grams (1/3 oz) yeast (optional according the kind of lour used)
10 grams (2 tsp) cooking oil
20 grams (2/3 oz)finely cut scallions
5 grams (5/6 tsp) salt
2 grams (1/2 tsp) MSG
Directions:
1. Add the yeast to the flour or use self-rising flour. Add 200 g (2/5 cup) of lukewarm water and mix well. Put it aside for an hour.

Boiled Dumpling With Meat Filling

Ingredients:
500 grams (1.1 lb) wheat flour
250 grams(0.55 lb) minced meat
20 grams (1 tbsp) soy sauce
5 grams (1 tsp) sugar
2 grams (1/2 tsp) MSG
3 grams (1/2 tsp) salt
3 grams (1/10 oz) finely cut scallions
3 grams (1/10 oz) chopped ginger
20 grams (1 1/2 tbsp)sesame oil
Directions:
1. Mix the soy sauce, MSG, salt, scallions, ginger and sesame oil with he minced meat. Add 50 g (3 tbsp) of water and stir in one direction till you feel the sense of clasticity.

Three-flavor Noodles

Ingredients:
500 grams (1.1 lb)wheat flour
6 eggs
15 grams (1/2 oz) green vegetables (rape)
15 grams (1/2 oz) mushrooms
15 grams (1/2 oz) sliced bamboo shoots
5 grams (1 tsp) lard
5 grams (5/6 tsp) salt
1 gram (1/4 tsp) MSG
100 grams (8 tbsp) cooking oil
1 gram (1/4 tsp) pepper powder
Directions:
1. Mix the whipped eggs and lard with the flour, roll the dough repeatedly. Use a roller to make it very thin and fold to cut into hand-made noodles.
