Qùnián wǒmen lǚyóu le Běijīnɡ.
False: 去年我们旅游了北京。
Qùnián wǒmen dào Běijīnɡ qù lǚyóu le.
True: 去年我们到北京去旅游了。
“旅游”既有旅行又有游览的意思。在用法上与“旅行”相同，它的后边也不能带宾语。“旅游”可以和一些名词组成固定词组，如旅游商品、旅游车和旅游点等。
旅游 means to travel and tour. Similar to 旅行 in usage, it does not take objects either. 旅游 can form set phrases with some nouns, e.g. 旅游商品，旅游车and 旅游点.
