稻田养鹅一举两得 New model of farming in Hunan
This is his second flock(群) of over 4,000 geese this year. Yang’s geese are popular in his online store, which provides him with an additional(额外的) 100,000 yuan ($15,400) of income(收入) annually.

The model(模式) of farming has been welcomed by local farmers, because geese not only(不仅) eat the rice grains left in the field, avoiding food being wasted, but they also(而且) eat all kinds of weeds, while at the same time(同时) providing organic(有机的) fertilizer(肥料) for the field.
