  Qinghai Lake: sea in the heart of the land  The Qinghai Lake(青海湖Qīnghǎihú), literally translated The Clear Lake is located in Qinghai Province; it is China's largest and highest landlocked salt-water lake sitting at 3,195 meters above sea-level and covering an area of 4,583 square meters, with an average depth of above 19 meters. The lake itself has many estuaries and outlets including The Ganzi River, Shaliu River, Black Horse River and Buha River. Qinghai Lake is famous for its abundance of fleshy, strongly-flavored carp with is caught and barbequed freshly on the edge of the banks of the lake. There are several islands dotted throughout the lake, most of which are home to unique birdlife, hundreds of thousands of wild birds flock to Qinghai Lake in spring.

3 days/2nights Highlights Trip in Guilin of China

Luckily, I got the chance to be their company and made an in-depth site inspection of the attractions in Guilin(桂林guìlín) City, such as the Elephant Trunk Hill, the Seven Star Park, the Reed Flute Cave, the Dragon's Backbone Rice Terraces and the Yao and Zhuang Ethnic Tribes in Longsheng, the Li River, and the West Street in the ancient town of Yangshuo(阳朔Yángshuò). To be honest, I have lived in Guilin for almost 8 years but still feel that it is just like an emerald waiting to be explored. 80,000 passengers were detained in Railway Station

Train service of Guangzhou Railway Station, a rail hub in South China, has been suspended after landslides blocked a railway artery linking Guangzhou and Beijing, Guangzhou Railway Corporation said on Sunday.据广州铁路公司消息,因暴雨滑坡,京广线粤北段部分被阻断,逾八万人滞留广州火车站。
The company could not confirm when the train service could resume.该公司暂时无法确定铁路线何时能恢复。
More than 80,000 passengers would not be able to board their trains, according to the company's estimates.据该公司估计,超过八万名铁路旅客无法上车启程。
Landslides cut off the Guangdong section of Beijing-Guangzhou Railway as downpours have been drenching northern part of Guangdong province for days, the railway company said.铁路公司说道,由于连日暴雨导致山体滑坡,京广铁路粤北段被阻塞。
Passengers were told not to come to the railway station as there would be no train to board.铁路旅客已被告知不要前往火车站,因为现在不提供登车服务。

Top 10 landmarks in China:Great Wall in Beijing

Located 73 kilometers from downtown Beijing, it is the essence section of the Great Wall. This well-preserved section was built about 1,400 years ago and reconstructed later under the Ming Dynasty. Doing for Guangzhou What the Olympics Did for Beijing China

With the pan-Asian sporting games heading to China(中国Zhōngguó) in Year 2010 it is the hope of the people of Guangzhou(广州Guǎngzhōu) that these games can do to their city what the Olympic did for Beijing and to a lesser extent what the 2010 World Expo has done for Shanghai(上海Shànghǎi) City. After winning the right to host the games in Year 2004 the city has been working furiously to give itself a major makeover in time to impress its major neighbours.
