Wǒ yǒu huà ɡēn nǐ  shuō.

我有话跟你说。

Notes:

我(wǒ): I

有(yǒu): have

话(huà): words

跟(ɡēn): to, with

你(nǐ): you

说(shuō): to say, to speak

Example:

A:我有话跟你说。

     Wǒ yǒu huà ɡēn nǐ  shuō.

     I’d like to have a word with you.

B:说吧。

     Shuōbɑ.

     Say it.
