Mr. Zhou Qiang Launches 11th Chinese Bridge

Zhou Qiang, secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee attended and launched the opening ceremony of the 11th Chinese Bridge Competition. Also present at the event were Guo Kailang, director of the Hunan Organization Department, Xu Yousheng, director of the Hunan Publicity Department, Li Youzhi, vice governor of Hunan Province and Wang Yongli, deputy director of NOCFL(China National Office for Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language).
